Flickr on steroids-#37

This thing was pretty easy for me. That is probably because I chose to stay within the confines of flickr for my exploring. I doublechecked my pics there and tweaked the layout page. Then I added some recent pic and made a mosaic to post here. For teaching use? Well, presentations at high school and college level can and should require some kind of photo/image sharing with text. For me, my mac has so much useful stuff right at hand that it was good for me to remember to think outside the "mac"! No matter what, our kids need to know there are so many wonderful tools out there to help them.

Flickr has so much to offer that it's worth trying it all out. Your mosaic is very attractive. You are so right about the kids needing to know all these wonderful things are out there to help them and to make doing tasks fun. It's a shame that so much unnecessary blocking in schools makes it hard for them to use this stuff.

The blocking I see is necessary though! Students who refuse to apply themselves in class are amazingly adept at getting around the blocks to view pornographic sites! My hope is we can find a way to reward the kids who really want to learn and still keep the porn where it belongs-in the gutter!
