Black Walnuts

We have several black walnut trees on our property and the ground is covered with them. I googled (naturally) how to harvest them and watched a youtube video made by a guy in Canada. Next thing I know, 4 hrs. of my day was spent following this guys advice. I have a break for about 2 wks. and then the next phase begins. Note to self: believe anyone and everyone who says that they really stain! I'm curious to see if I could dye something next time!
